Inscripation rates
These rates include access to all three days of the conference, breaks, three lunches and Gala Dinner, as well as speaker material with program, abstract booklet and welcome gifts. The reduced registration fee will be available until July 13, 2018.
Registration instructions (payment required)
1 / Establishment of an account on scienceconf
In order to register, you must have an account based on "scienceconf". If you already have an account, you can skip this step and log in using your settings. Otherwise, go to the "Registration" tab and click on "I do not have an account". Fill out the registration form and choose username and password. At this stage, you can fill out the summary submission form or return to it later. Remember to write down your username and password.
2 / Pre-registration at the conference
Go to the "Registration" page and click on "I already have an account". Fill out the registration form specifying your category (Ph-d students / post-doctoral researchers, academics, industrials) as well as the participation of a person (s) accompanying (s) at the gala dinner. Once your pre-registration has been validated by the conference secretariat, you will receive an electronic message for the payment request .
3 / Finalization of the inscription and payment
As soon as you have received your payment request message, please go back to the "Registration" arrow, you will find the payment forms:
* Secure online payment using a credit card
* Payment by bank transfer
* Payment by order form
Your registration is validated once the payment has been made.
